Lean Environmental SolutionsLES

Solutions, one problem at a time.

Protecting farms, water and wild places in a changing climate.

Farmers, rangers and conservation teams work with skilled professionals, inside a proven problem-solving framework. All it takes is a smartphone.

Why we exist

Five things are true at once.

  1. Farmers need help.
  2. Climate change will increase disasters.
  3. Everyone needs to eat.
  4. Tech workers need jobs.
  5. Tourists are looking for meaningful experiences.

If farming fails, we're all in trouble.

Every meal starts on a farm, and every farm depends on the water, soil and wild places around it. Keeping them going through a changing climate is everyone's business.

Farmers already have the knowledge. They're up against something unprecedented.

How it works

Prepare first. Act fast.

Most help arrives after the damage. We start before it, and move in days.

  1. Find where we can help

A short check on a phone: what's hard, what's at risk, with photos. About 15 minutes, in their language.

  2. Solve it, one problem at a time

Lean tools, AI and local climate data find the root cause, and the cheapest, biggest win first.

  3. Bring the right help

The help that fits the problem. A few months on, we check what changed.

We don't need to be there.

A phone camera shows the problem. Experts help from anywhere. When outside help would change things, we find it together:

  • Technology
  • Hands
  • Money
  • Knowledge
  • Visibility
  • Working together

Who we work with

Farms, water and wild places.

Any environmental problem that a clear method, good data and the right people can solve. Farms come first: that's where our pilot starts.

  • First pilot

    Farms and herders

Water, feed, weather risk, and know-how that could be lost.

  • Water conservation

Rivers, springs, canals and irrigation: finding where water is lost, and keeping it clean.

  • Conservation projects

Clearer data, smoother field work, and reports that show what changed.

  • Forests and forestry

Fire readiness, pests and disease, and planting that survives.

  • National parks and protected areas

Patrols, visitor pressure, wildlife, and the people who live alongside.

  • Community land and pasture

Shared pastures and commons, looked after together by a whole valley.

Where we are

Starting small, on purpose.

The first farm checks are on a horse ranch in Kyrgyzstan and the farms around it. Farms anywhere can sign up now.
